Add brown sugar to corn oil and mix well

Add eggs and mix well

Sift the flour salt baking powder and add

Add the oats and mix together without using too much force

Gently knead into a ball

Place a piece of high-temperature oil paper on the baking sheet. Roll the oats into small balls. You can bake one pan if the balls are as big as you like. I bake two pans of this size

If you like the cake shape, just flatten the ball gently

Put it in the oven and preheat it to 180 degrees. Bake on the middle level for ten minutes. Take it out to dry and then eat it. It’s crispy and very delicious. This one comes out smaller and belongs to the one-bite type
