Overview
Pizza tastes best when it's fresh out of the oven. Rather than waiting in line at Pizza Hut and eating lots of preservatives and additives, it's better to make delicious pizza yourself. As for the fillings, of course you can put whatever you like. On a holiday afternoon, make homemade pizza and say goodbye to Pizza Hut together!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Cake base materials: 235 flour, 5g yeast, 15g sugar, 65g milk, 125g water, 10g butter, 5g salt. (Can make 2 12-inch pizzas)
-
Mix all the ingredients except butter, knead into a smooth and stretchable dough, add butter, and knead until completely stretched to form a transparent film.
-
It's just this kind of transparent film.
-
Place in a warm place for basic fermentation (temperature 28 degrees, humidity 75%, about 60-90 minutes) until the dough doubles in size.
-
After the basic fermentation is completed, take out the dough, knead it into a ball and let it rest for 15 minutes. Roll it into a 0.6cm thick pie shape and place it in a baking tray (pizza pan).
-
Filling ingredients: 1 red sauce (the recipe is below) 1 can of tuna, half a box of canned corn (or 1 small bowl of diced corn cooked by yourself), appropriate amount of broccoli (other vegetables are also ok), 1.5 small bowls of mozzarella cheese.
-
Cover the cake base in the baking pan with plastic wrap and place it in a warm place for the second fermentation (temperature 28 degrees, humidity 75%, 40-60 minutes). Coat a baking pan with a thin layer of olive oil (salad oil or butter is acceptable) and set aside.
-
After fermentation is completed, use a fork to make small holes on the surface of the dough, and spread the red sauce evenly on the surface of the dough
-
Sprinkle a layer of cheese
-
Put other ingredients. Preheat the oven to 210 degrees, set the upper and lower heat to 180 degrees, and bake for about 12 minutes. The mozzarella cheese on the bottom layer is melted, and after the dough is baked, sprinkle another layer of shredded cheese on the surface and continue baking for 3-5 minutes (the cheese is just melted, and it will not become stringy after baking for a long time).
-
Red sauce ingredients: (for 1 12-inch pizza) 2 tomatoes (medium size), half an onion (medium size), 2 tablespoons of butter, 5 cloves of garlic, a little crushed pepper, a little salt, 2 tablespoons of tomato paste, a little chopped basil leaves (you can omit it if you don’t have it), 1.5 teaspoons of sugar, and a small bowl of water.
-
Melt the butter over low heat.
-
Pour in the minced garlic and stir-fry for a few times, then add the minced onion and stir-fry until fragrant.
-
Continue to add chopped tomatoes, stir-fry until soft, add tomato paste and stir-fry, then pour in water and stir-fry continuously.
-
When the soup thickens slightly, add salt, sugar, cracked black pepper and basil leaves, and simmer until the soup becomes dry.
