Cumin Kebab
Overview
Cumin kebabs are fragrant and are especially suitable for children and the elderly. I used pork neck white meat, which is tender and delicious. I always worry about the health and safety issues when buying barbecue from outside, but I still feel safe making it myself.

Steps
-
Prepare pork, iron picks, and seasonings.
-
Cut the pork neck white meat into 2cm pieces, add 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce, 2 tablespoons light soy sauce (very fresh taste), 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, and appropriate amount of cooking wine and marinate for 2 to 3 hours.
-
String them together with iron skewers, not too dense, but loose enough for baking. Sprinkle some black pepper and let it sit for ten minutes.
-
Place it in a baking pan. Our oven is relatively small, so we only put six skewers.
-
After preheating the oven, put the meat skewers into the oven and bake at 210° for five minutes. Take out the baking sheet and sprinkle the meat skewers evenly with cumin powder. Turn over and bake for another three minutes until they are ready.
-
The aroma of meat and cumin fills the entire kitchen. It's on the table and ready to eat.
