Braised swimming crab
Overview
In August of the lunar calendar, the weather is getting cooler. The sweet-scented osmanthus is fragrant, the golden chrysanthemums are blooming, and the crabs wandering in the rivers and lakes have also arrived at the most plump time of the year. In the eyes of the elegant ancients, the most chic and poetic thing in this season is to hold a crab in your hand, face the bright autumn moon, drink wine in the back garden, look at the flowers, and compose poems in rhyme. Braised crab, get some wine, don’t be too pretty!
