Prepare the ingredients

Blanch the old tofu in boiling water, cut into thin slices about 0.5 cm thick, and then cut into triangles

Cut them all and set aside

Heat oil in a non-stick pan, fry slowly over medium-low heat, turn over gently

Fry until golden brown on both sides and take out

Chop green onions, mince ginger, wash and cut bell peppers and set aside

Then add tofu and fungus and stir-fry, add appropriate amount of water and 1 teaspoon of sugar, stir-fry evenly, bring to a boil

Add bell peppers and stir-fry until raw, then add 1 tsp chicken essence

Finally, add half a teaspoon of cornstarch and a little water to thicken the gravy, reduce the juice, and stir-fry evenly
