Overview
Compared with cold cakes, cold shrimps have a tadpole-like shape and are more beautiful. Small ones are more delicious, and little ones like them better.

Mix 125g of cold cake powder with 300ml of water and boil 900ml of water in a pot.

After the water boils, add the cold cake powder water. Be sure to add it slowly and stir vigorously to prevent it from sticking to the pan. Bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to low heat and simmer slowly for about 2 minutes, then turn off the heat.
