Many people like to eat boiled fish, but they are reluctant to cook it because it requires a lot of seasonings. After preparing the ingredients, ask the boss to bone the fish, cut off the head and tail, and fillet the fish at home.

Slice the fish into thin slices with a butterfly knife.

Add salt, oil, cornstarch, pepper, white wine, and egg white to the fish, mix well, and marinate for 20 minutes.

Boil the bean sprouts in water until cooked. In this step, mung bean sprouts, soybean sprouts, Chinese cabbage, etc. can be used.

Drain the cooked bean sprouts and set aside.

Put the bean sprouts into a relatively large container and spread it flat on the bottom. This container will be used to hold the fish later.

Heat more oil in a pan and sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.

Add four-fifths of the hot pot ingredients and stir-fry until fragrant.

Pour in boiling water.

Add the fish heads and bones, cover the pot and cook for 5 minutes.

Remove the fish heads and bones.

Place on bean sprouts.

Add the marinated fish meat to the soup, stir gently, cover and cook for 2 minutes.

Cook until the fish is about half cooked.

Gently pour the cooked fish into the container.

Get another oil pan, pour the remaining one-fifth of the hot pot ingredients into the oil pan, and cook until it turns into red oil.

Pour the red oil on the fish meat, and the boiled fish will be bright red.
