Hairtail fish with distiller’s grains
Overview
An alternative way to eat hairtail, braised hairtail with distiller's grains, is more delicious. It uses distiller's grains and even saves cooking wine. The hairtail fish with sake lees is a very popular dish on my family’s dining table. It goes well with rice and I end up eating an extra bowl of rice without even realizing it

Clean and cut hairtail into sections

Prepare ingredients

Cut green onions into sections and cut ginger into shreds

Put oil in a pan, add hairtail and fry slowly over medium-low heat

After frying one side, turn over and continue frying on the other side

Add shredded ginger and distiller’s grains

Add a little salt and light soy sauce, add chili dices and green onions

Remove from pan and plate
