Cooked corn kernels, set aside.

Homemade mung bean sprouts, purely natural, no additives and no pollution.

Rinse clean, drain, put into a plate, and set aside.

Slice garlic and set aside.

Heat a pot, add an appropriate amount of oil, add garlic and sauté until fragrant, then add mung bean sprouts and corn kernels and season with a little salt, stir-fry a few times, turn off the heat, add a little chicken essence and mix well.
