Put all the ingredients into the bread machine for the kneading and rising stages. Ferment for an hour!
-
After fermentation, take it out and knead it back to almost the original dough size.
-
Use a cutting board to divide into small portions
-
Knead it into a small steamed bun shape and use my little finger to press the holes underneath, because the steamed buns are very small!
-
Once done, place in the steamer, cover, and let stand for about 10 minutes. After boiling the pot with cold water, turn down the heat and continue steaming for 10 minutes. Wait for about 3 minutes and open the lid!
