Cut the tenderloin into shreds, add salt, cooking wine, light soy sauce, and water starch, mix well, and marinate for 10 minutes.

Shred the tender pumpkin and shred the northern tofu.

Heat oil in a pan, add shredded meat and stir-fry until it changes color, then serve.

Leave the oil in the pot, add tofu and fry, add some light soy sauce to taste.

Add pumpkin shreds and stir-fry until soft.
