Orange peel chrysanthemum buns
Overview
After finishing the orange peel candies I made last time, I couldn’t help but make some more orange peel candies. When making bread this time, I used orange peel sugar as the filling, which has a different flavor. That is definitely the only bread, O(∩_∩)O haha~

-
Put the water, eggs, sugar and salt into the bread bucket; then put the flour and milk powder into the bread bucket, then dig a hole and put the yeast powder into the flour; close the lid and start the "dough mixing" program; after the dough mixing program is completed, put the butter in and start the "dough mixing" program again; after the "dough mixing" is completed, cover it with a damp cloth (the kind that cannot wring out the water) and let the dough ferment until it doubles in size;
-
Take out the fermented dough and deflate it; divide it into 12 small doughs, roll them into balls, cover them with plastic wrap and let them rest for 15 minutes;
-
Prepare orange peel candy in advance;
-
Take out a piece of dough and roll it into a round cake;
-
Put an appropriate amount of orange peel sugar;
-
Wrap the dough with orange peel sugar, close it, roll it into a round shape, and then roll it into a round cake;
-
Use a utility knife to make eight cuts on the dough, as shown in the picture;
-
Rotate each piece of dough 90 degrees to form a chrysanthemum shape;
-
Place the dough into a non-stick baking pan, leaving space between each other, then cover with plastic wrap and ferment again;
-
Let the dough ferment until it doubles in size. Brush the surface with egg liquid (whole egg liquid). After preheating the oven to 180 degrees, place the baking sheet in the middle of the oven and bake for 20 minutes. When the bread is colored, cover it with tin foil and bake for another 5 minutes. After the bread is baked, let it cool and put it in a plastic bag.
