Refreshing and quenching thirst----watermelon sago
Overview
In this hot weather, the streets are full of hard-working melon farmers selling watermelon. However, although the watermelon you buy is convenient and quick to cut and eat, it is also relatively monotonous. Why not take advantage of your weekend break to make a refreshing watermelon and sago for your family? Mix simple fruits into different delicacies and eat them chilled. The taste is even more attractive with fruity aroma, sweet juice and crispy meat.

Steps
-
Prepare the sago, add enough water to the soup pot, bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to medium heat and pour the sago into the water. Cook, stirring, for about 15 to 20 minutes, until there are still small white cores in the middle, then turn off the heat.
-
Strain the sago through a strainer and wash it with clean water to remove the sticky matter from the sago.
-
Bring another pot of boiling water and cook until the sago is completely transparent.
-
Filter the sago again and rinse it with water a few more times until the sago becomes soft and slippery.
-
Prepare fresh watermelon.
-
Cut the watermelon into small pieces and put it into a blender without adding additional water.
-
Start the mixer and stir with point pressure. Do not continue stirring for too long.
-
The mixing is complete when there are no lumps of watermelon in the cup.
-
Add sago and watermelon juice into the bowl, mix well and add the remaining diced watermelon. It will be more delicious after refrigeration~
