  1. Wash the papaya and cut it from one side.

  6. Heat the milk until there are slight bubbles on the edge of the pan. Turn off the heat, heat the gelatin sheets and stir until melted.

  7. Let the milk cool and pour into the papaya.

  8. Close the lid. Wrap in a plastic bag and refrigerate for at least 3 hours until the milk solidifies, then remove and cut into pieces.
