Papaya Milk Jelly
Overview
Papaya is a common beauty and health-care fruit in our lives. Papaya contains high levels of vitamin A and vitamin E. Regular consumption of papaya can supplement vitamins for our body. Wash the papaya and cut it from one side.

Use a long spoon to scoop out the seeds and make the inner wall as smooth as possible.

Soak the gelatine sheets in ice water until soft and squeeze out the water.

Pour the milk into the milk pan and heat over low heat.

Add a spoonful of sugar and stir until melted.

Heat the milk until there are slight bubbles on the edge of the pan. Turn off the heat, heat the gelatin sheets and stir until melted.

Let the milk cool and pour into the papaya.

Close the lid. Wrap in a plastic bag and refrigerate for at least 3 hours until the milk solidifies, then remove and cut into pieces.
