Today I would like to share with you a sweet toffee scone. It is very simple to make, but tastes very delicious! Mix high-gluten flour, low-gluten flour, and baking powder and sift. Take the butter out of the refrigerator, cut it into small pieces, and put it in the flour. Use a plastic spatula to mix the flour and continue cutting the butter pieces into about the size of rice grains.

Leave space in the middle and add 40ml of cold milk. Stir evenly and add 40ml of cold milk again.

Finally, use a plastic spatula to mix the flour and milk into lumps. Be careful not to overmix, just enough so that there is no feeling of dry flour.

Put it in the refrigerator for half an hour, take it out, and roll it into a prototype with a thickness of about 2~3CM.

Divide into 8 equal parts.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake for about 17 minutes.
