Peel and cut potatoes into cubes. Cut carrots, onions and chicken breast into cubes and set aside. Heat oil in a wok, add carrots and stir-fry for a while.

Add potatoes and onions and stir-fry evenly.

Continue to add chicken breasts and stir-fry until chicken changes color.

Pour in water just enough to cover the ingredients, bring to a boil over high heat, skim off the foam, and simmer over medium-low heat for 8 minutes.

Add the curry cubes, stir until the curry cubes melt, bring to a boil, then reduce to low heat and simmer.

Be careful to stir to prevent the pot from sticking. Cook until the soup thickens and turn off the heat.

Prepare appropriate amount of rice.

Pour the cooked curry over it.
