The simplest grilled pork belly
Overview
I am a Hunanese who likes spicy food and doesn't like Korean barbecue sauce because it has a sweet taste and I'm not used to it. Today I modified it and marinated it with Spicy Chili Sauce. The grilled meat is so fragrant. It's really enjoyable to eat with your own fried garlic chili as a dip.
