Mix flour, yeast, and steamed pumpkin puree, knead into a smooth dough, cover with a lid or plastic wrap, and ferment in a warm place until doubled in size.

Deflate the fermented dough, knead it evenly, roll it into a rectangular shape, and spread it with a layer of coconut.

Place it in a steamer covered with a damp drawer cloth, leaving a gap in the middle as it will expand during steaming. Let rise until doubled in size.
