Stir-fried shredded pork with coriander and dried beans
Overview
This year, my mother planted some coriander, and it grew surprisingly well. Our family doesn’t like to eat coriander mixed in, so we used it as celery to stir-fry, and the whole family liked it.

Pork cut into shreds

Five-spice dried tofu sliced

A handful of coriander, cut into segments

Stir-fry shredded pork in oil and add cooking wine.

Then add the dried beans and stir-fry, add sugar, salt and light soy sauce to taste

Add coriander, stir-fry until cooked and ready to serve
