Braised hanging melon
Overview
This is a hanging melon grown at home. I stewed the hanging melon a few times, but this time I braised it in braise.

Ingredients: hanging melon.

Peel the hanging melon, wash and cut into cubes.

Heat oil, sauté chopped green onion, add sliced melon and stir-fry.

Add appropriate amount of light soy sauce and stir-fry evenly.

Add water to cover half of the hanging melon.

The fire comes to a boil.

Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes.

Add salt and sugar to taste.

After cooking for about 6 minutes, until the hanging melon is soft and rotten and the juice is absorbed, turn off the heat.

Take it out of the pan, plate it up, and serve it to the table.
