Braised vegetable mixed sauce
Overview
When cooking, we usually have to prepare the ingredients and seasonings first, so as not to be in a hurry when cooking. A spoon here, a spoon there, the dishes are overcooked, and sometimes we need some sauces that we can’t buy every day. What should we do? What we cook is home-cooked food, and the requirements are not high. You can copy it and the dishes will be just as delicious. Therefore, I will tinker with it when I have time. Later, I tried using it to braise tofu, and it turned out to be another delicious dish.
