Minced pork tender tofu
Overview
Tonight, my father suddenly said that he was coming back for dinner. He didn't have any meat to cook, only the pitiful little minced meat, so he could only put some effort into it and add some dried shrimps and scallops. In fact, it would also be delicious just frying it with some garlic and sesame oil, or adding one or two less meats!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Marinate the minced meat with chicken juice, oil and salt for preparation.
-
Soak dried shrimps and scallops in cold water for 15 minutes, remove, rinse, drain and set aside. (I crushed the Yuanbei with my hands so that the flavor would come out better)
-
Arrange the soft tofu on a plate, steam over high heat for 6 minutes, remove the excess water and set aside. Dad came back for dinner tonight, so I steamed an extra box... Haha, I was a little pressed for time and the focus was a little inaccurate, my fault😝
-
Soak the mushrooms until soft, wash them, drain them with your hands, and cut them into shreds for later use.
-
Cut some garlic slices (because my dear ones don’t eat garlic, it’s easy to pick the sliced garlic, but minced garlic is actually more fragrant)
-
Heat oil and sauté garlic slices until fragrant, add minced meat, stir-fry out a little oil, add dried shrimps and scallops and saute until fragrant, finally add shredded shredded mushrooms and stir-fry, add a spoonful of xo sauce and mix, sprinkle with some salt, continue to stir-fry a few times, and then spread directly on top of the tofu.
-
Before eating, sprinkle some soy sauce on the steamed fish (I haven’t spread the soy sauce just yet since I just laid it out).
