Cheesecake Pizza
Overview
Teacher Meng’s cheese pizza, the fillings were changed according to the ingredients on hand. I don’t read in my spare time. A series of processes followed, and it was only when I was about to put the pizza into the oven that I realized that I was following Jun's process. Although pizza making is similar, Teacher Meng's process is obviously different from Junzhi's: Junzhi performs the final fermentation first and then piles the fillings on the crust, while Teacher Meng piles the fillings first and then ferments. What is the difference between the results of these two approaches? Just try again next time.
