Steamed fish
Overview
This dish was taught to me by a friend a long time ago (it was really a long time ago). I don’t know why I suddenly remembered it recently. The taste is actually pretty good and it goes well with rice.

Wash the fish tail and cut it into pieces, marinate with salt for 1-2 nights, put it in a crisper box and store it in the refrigerator

Chop chili, ginger and garlic sprouts

Add chicken essence, cooking wine, pepper, a small amount of light soy sauce and mix well

Rinse the marinated fish pieces with a little water, put them in a pan and fry until they have a slight color

Put the fried fish pieces on the plate

Spread the seasoned chili pepper on the fish pieces

Steam for 15 minutes
