Soy Sauce Shrimp
Overview
My daughter loves to eat fish and shrimp. She used to cook simple boiled shrimp, but now I gave her fried shrimp with soy sauce. The little girl said it was so delicious that she finished a plate of it by herself. Watching her enjoy her meal makes me more motivated and more interested in cooking.

Wash the river shrimps, slice green onions and slice ginger

Add a small amount of water to the pot, just enough to cover the shrimps, add onion and ginger, bring to a boil, and cook for another minute or two

Pour in the washed shrimps, bring to a boil and add rice wine

Add salt, a little

Add light soy sauce and cook for one minute

Arrange on a plate and arrange green onions again

Heat up another pot of oil and pour it on the minced green onions and some shrimps so that the shrimp shells will be crispy
