Dietary therapy: Radish, cruciferous herb, radish root. Dig fresh roots in winter, remove stems and leaves, and wash them. It tastes pungent, sweet, and cool in nature; when cooked, it is sweet and flat. It can clear away heat and promote fluid production, cool blood and stop bleeding, resolve phlegm and relieve cough, facilitate urination, and detoxify; when cooked, it is more beneficial to the spleen and stomach, eliminating food and lowering qi. 1: Prepare the ingredients: pork (fat and lean), prawns, white radish
