Sea cucumber and millet porridge
Overview
Millet porridge itself is a tonic porridge, plus sea cucumber can resist aging and fatigue. It is a good tonic product. The method is simple. You can use a rice cooker or other pot with a porridge cooking program. If not, just follow the usual method of making porridge: boil water, add rice, sea cucumbers and other things. Of course, you can also add some chopped vegetables, as you like

Preparation: sea cucumber, millet, ginger, green onion, salt

Wash the millet; soak the sea cucumber (can be cut or not); ginger can be sliced or shredded;

Put sea cucumber, millet, and ginger in a pot, add an appropriate amount of water, and add two or three drops of sesame oil.
