Coconut Shortbread
Overview
Patterns have become my Achilles heel. The piping biscuits I made recently basically don’t have very clear patterns. I wonder if it’s because the batter in the winter is too hard and I deliberately baked the batter in the piping bag to soften it?

Prepare materials

Soften butter, add powdered sugar,

Mix well with a rubber spatula

Then use a whisk to beat

Add milk in portions and beat evenly

Sift together low-gluten flour, milk powder and baking powder into butter

Mix it a little

Add coconut flour

Mix well

Put into piping bag

Pipe out bars into the baking pan

Put it in the oven, heat up and down, 165 degrees, middle layer, bake for about 20 minutes, turn off the heat and continue to simmer for about 10 minutes
