Add 50g of fine sugar to an egg yolk and beat until smooth and white in color;

Heat 200g milk to about 80 degrees over low heat, pour it into the egg yolk and stir quickly evenly;

Stir well and put it back on the gas stove, simmer again over low heat until slightly thickened, remove from the heat and let cool;

Add 60g black sesame paste and stir evenly;

Add 100 grams of whipped cream and stir evenly;

Stir everything evenly and pour it into a silicone measuring cup or piping bag;

Pour into a silicone cup, then into the mold, cover with the top lid and place in the refrigerator to freeze for more than five hours or overnight;

After freezing, take it out and soak the shell in warm water to take out the popsicles.
