Stir-fry the rice and diced onions from the day before until fragrant, place on the bottom of the aluminum foil and set aside.

Marinate the lamb chops with salt, pepper, rosemary, thyme, and olive oil for 30 minutes, fry in a pan over high heat until browned on both sides, and place on top of the rice with the garlic.
