DIY copycat pasta inspired by Pizza Hut’s fall menu. I couldn't buy mushrooms at that time, so I only chose shiitake mushrooms. Although they didn't look great, they tasted pretty good~~~~

  1. Boil the pasta for 8-10 minutes; (cook it for 8 minutes and it will taste better)

  2. Remove and drain the water, add a little olive oil and mix well and set aside;

  3. Grate the tomatoes and peel them;

  9. Pour in the tomato puree, mix well and cook for a while; add 2 tablespoons of tomato paste;
