Italian Mushroom Bacon Pasta
Overview
DIY copycat pasta inspired by Pizza Hut’s fall menu. I couldn't buy mushrooms at that time, so I only chose shiitake mushrooms. Although they didn't look great, they tasted pretty good~~~~

Boil the pasta for 8-10 minutes; (cook it for 8 minutes and it will taste better)

Remove and drain the water, add a little olive oil and mix well and set aside;

Grate the tomatoes and peel them;

Cut the bacon into small slices; dice the onion; shred the green and red pepper; mince the garlic;

Mushroom slices;

Heat the pan, pour in olive oil, fry the bacon slices until golden brown on both sides, set aside;

Pour in minced garlic and onions and stir-fry until fragrant; add sliced mushrooms and stir-fry until soft;

Add salt and black pepper and stir well;

Pour in the tomato puree, mix well and cook for a while; add 2 tablespoons of tomato paste;

Add the cooked pasta and stir well;

Add bacon and green and red pepper and stir-fry evenly; add a little chopped basil to taste.
