Rye steamed buns
Overview
In preparation for resuming work, steam some steamed buns for breakfast, add some rye flour, and brown sugar instead of white sugar. It is rich in flavor and nutrition!

Prepare the ingredients.

Dissolve yeast in warm water.

Add powder, brown sugar, yeast and water together.

Knead into a smooth dough.

Let it rise at room temperature for about 40 minutes. The dough will obviously increase in size. If you poke a hole with your finger, it will not shrink back.

Drain the air from the dough and divide into small portions.

Knead them separately for another ten seconds and continue to wake up for about ten minutes.

Knead the air out of the dough again and shape into a semi-circle.

Line the steamer with oil paper and continue to rise for about 40 minutes.

Bring to a boil over high heat, continue to steam over medium-high heat for about a quarter of an hour, then simmer for about 5 minutes and take it out.
