Egg tarts are a snack that my whole family likes. You can freely add the fillings you like into the egg tarts you make. This time I made a purple sweet potato tart. The smooth cream is mixed with the sweetness of the purple sweet potato, and the taste is very good.

Separate 3 egg yolks from the eggs and beat them
