Slice bacon, mince onion and garlic

Fry the potato slices in an electric pan until both sides are golden

Put a little oil in the pot and fry the bacon until the fat on both sides is transparent.

Add the minced green onion and garlic, add the potato slices and stir-fry, add appropriate amount of salt and peppercorns to taste and you are done.

Pair it with white rice and shredded pickles for a Hunan-style lunch.
