Walnut Crispy
Overview
Last week, I received Arowana Rice Oil, Arowana Sesame Oil and Arowana Fragrance Rice from Suning.com. I have been cooking at home for many years, and this is the first time I have come across rice oil. After learning about rice oil, I realized that it is a high-quality natural healthy oil that has good improvement and prevention effects on cardiovascular disease and diabetes, and can also perform beauty and skin care functions, and delay cell aging. Arowana's rice oil is crystal clear and golden in color. It doesn't have a strong smell when you smell it. As a baking fan, my first reaction is that this is a good oil for baking. I mixed Arowana rice oil and sesame oil to make walnut cake. The finished product is crispy and has no strong smell like some other vegetable oils. Only the aroma of walnuts and sesame oil can be smelled.
