Prepare all raw materials and weigh them separately;

Pour milk and sugar into a large bowl and stir until the sugar dissolves; add light cream and stir evenly;

Sift in the cornstarch in batches and mix evenly; beat the egg yolks into egg liquid; pour into the milk and mix evenly into a tart liquid;

Sieve the tart liquid to separate out the small particles that have not been stirred evenly; the sieved egg tart liquid tastes better;

Pour the prepared egg tart liquid into the tart crust. Fill it to 7 points;

Preheat the oven to 220 degrees and bake for about 25 minutes!
