Charcoal roasted cashew nuts and celery
Overview
I have always liked fast food and researching all kinds of delicious nut stir-fries. This time I took a picture of the simplest charcoal roasted cashew nuts and stir-fried celery and sent it to share with everyone. The cashews are crispy and the celery is crispy. The flavors of the two ingredients are blended together. The taste is very unique and it is quick to make.

Put the cashews on a plate, wash the celery, remove the leaves, and cut into diagonal slices with a diagonal knife.

Heat a pan, add olive oil, stir-fry celery until the whole body changes color evenly, add salt and stir well.

Add the cashews and celery and stir-fry. Sprinkle a small amount of boiling water and continue to stir-fry so that the flavor of the celery blends with the cashews.
