Chili Steamed Egg--Improved Chili Stew
Overview
Steamed eggs with chili peppers are called chili stews in my hometown in the Northeast. They usually put chili peppers and eggs without any seasonings. They are scooped out of the pot into pieces and mixed with the cooked miso while they are still hot. It is called fragrant. Add another pancake and roll it with scallions. It doesn’t matter whether you are old or young, don’t mention how much you eat. I don't like spicy food very much, but I like the refreshing aroma of chili peppers buried in eggs, so I made a slight improvement to make it taste lighter.
