Overview

I like grilled ribs very much, but this is my first time grilling small horizontal ribs. It's very fragrant and easy to cut. It's really good. On the occasion of the New Year, I put this post up to cheer everyone up.

Steps

  1. Put the ribs on a large plate, add 2 tablespoons of pork rib sauce, 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 3 tablespoons of high-strength wine, and 1 teaspoon of black pepper powder. Massage each rib with your hands, stir well, then put it in a dense box and store it in the refrigerator for about 2 days;

  2. When it's time to bake, put the tin foil on the baking pan. You don't have to wash it so hard. You can put a rack on top to prevent the meat from soaking in the juice or sticking to the tin foil;

  3. Place the rib strips on the iron rack;

  4. Wrap the top with tin foil and bake it to prevent moisture loss. Put it in a preheated oven at 450 degrees F and bake for 30 minutes. Then use tongs to open the tin foil, flip the ribs over and bake for another 10 minutes. If you use a meat probe to detect that they are cooked, there is no need to put them in and bake again;
