Stir-fried pork belly with potato slices

I have always preferred pink foods, such as potatoes. There is also the salty bean curd, which is served when cooking. It is so delicious that my husband can finish a plate by himself. Share with everyone

Prepare the ingredients, wash and peel the potatoes, wash and set aside the pork belly, the red pepper is too big, this is the remaining half of the previous use

Soak potato slices in water

Shred the red pepper and set aside

Chop the garlic and roughly chop the tempeh

Heat oil in a wok, add minced garlic and black beans and stir-fry until fragrant, then add pork belly slices and stir-fry

Stir-fry the pork belly over high heat until it changes color, then reduce the heat to medium-low and cover the pot to simmer out the oil

Turn up the heat and add shredded red pepper and stir-fry

Add potato slices and stir-fry

Pour in the cooking wine and stir-fry evenly, cover the pot and simmer the potatoes over low heat

Turn on high heat, add salt and chopped green onion and stir-fry evenly
