Barracuda is delicious, and the steaming method retains the nutrients to the maximum extent, and is light and unburdened.

Prepare two pike, wash them, marinate them with cooking wine and salt for 10 minutes, sprinkle onion and ginger shreds on the fish, and stuff a few sticks into the belly of the fish

Bring the water to a boil and steam for 6 minutes, then turn off the heat and steam for 5 minutes

Cut some onion, ginger and red pepper shreds again

Take the fish out, drain the water from the plate, and sprinkle it with the freshly chopped green onions, ginger and red peppers

Add oil to the wok

After the oil is hot, pour it on the green onions and ginger, preferably some steamed fish soy sauce
