  1. Peel, wash and cut the wild rice into hob cubes. Remove the film from the garlic, flatten and chop into small pieces. Add the above seasonings except oil and mix into a bowl of juice

  2. Stir-fry minced garlic in hot oil

  3. Pour in the wild rice and stir-fry for a while

  4. Fry until the wild rice is slightly browned and pour in the juice

  5. Cover the pot and simmer

  6. Cook until the cooked wild rice juice is almost reduced
