  1. Wash the wing roots, scrape them twice with a knife, and marinate them with seasonings

  4. Pour oil in a wok, then add sugar and stir-fry until brown. Fry the wing roots until bloodless. Then put the mushrooms, vermicelli and wing roots into a casserole. Add hot water, salt, and don't waste the water used to soak the mushrooms. Pour in some very fragrant!

  5. After the water boils, reduce the heat to a simmer and simmer for half an hour. Delicious!
