Separate the whites and yolks of two eggs, leaving only the yolks. Put 50g of white sugar into a small milk pot, add a few drops of lemon juice, and stir evenly with a whisk until the egg yolk becomes light yellow in color.

Pour 50g pure milk into a small milk pot with egg yolk liquid and stir evenly.

Heat a small milk pot. Lower the heat slightly, stir in the pure milk and heat until small bubbles appear on the surface, then turn off the heat.

The small milk pot is separated from the water, but it is completely cool.

Next, whip the whipped cream.

Pour the whipped cream into the cooled custard saucepan and stir evenly.

Put the strawberry jam into the egg milk and stir evenly.

Then pour the mixed ice cream liquid into a clean sealed box with a lid and put it in the refrigerator to freeze for more than four hours. If it is frozen hard, you can eat it directly or freeze it for a day.

Take out the ice cream the next day. Use a professional scooper to scoop ice cream balls into the crispy cone bowl, pour chocolate sauce and strawberry jam, add chocolate beans and fresh strawberry slices.
