  1. Separate the whites and yolks of two eggs, leaving only the yolks. Put 50g of white sugar into a small milk pot, add a few drops of lemon juice, and stir evenly with a whisk until the egg yolk becomes light yellow in color.

  8. Then pour the mixed ice cream liquid into a clean sealed box with a lid and put it in the refrigerator to freeze for more than four hours. If it is frozen hard, you can eat it directly or freeze it for a day.

  9. Take out the ice cream the next day. Use a professional scooper to scoop ice cream balls into the crispy cone bowl, pour chocolate sauce and strawberry jam, add chocolate beans and fresh strawberry slices.
