A few days ago, I grabbed red envelopes and fought for RP in the Kunbo Casserole Food Welfare Group, and I got a piece of their company's former export product-Kaidebao 18cm small casserole. This casserole is small and cute, and it is most suitable for making "Fish Nutritional Soup" for one person. Food varies from person to person, and the taste left on your lips and teeth will make you remember for the rest of your life that it doesn’t matter what you eat, the important thing is to pay attention to it and not compromise.

Have all the materials ready

Process all the fish bubbles and cut them into small pieces, and separate the head and tail of the fish bubbles (you can also do it if you don’t want to process it)

Fry the sliced fish heads over low heat and add some oil

When doing this step, cover it with a lid to prevent oil from splashing. Be careful, so that the soup will be thick and fresh. (This step has the effect of removing the fishy smell)

Put the oiled fish into the Kunbo casserole, then add the ginger slices and scallops, then add an appropriate amount of water to boil, and bring to a boil

When it boils, add the other half of the fish soaked tail

Add minced meat

Turn to low heat and simmer for about 30 minutes
