Avocado Scallops
Overview
Avocado is also known as avocado, avocado, cool pear, butter fruit, and is known as forest butter. Avocado contains a variety of vitamins, rich fat and protein, and is also high in sodium, potassium, magnesium, calcium, etc. Guinness World Records even rated avocado as the most nutritious fruit. But the taste of avocado is not acceptable to everyone. The recipe I tried directly mixed avocado and mashed potatoes into a simple salad puree. It tasted great and maintained all the nutrients of avocado. It was paired with two scallops and it was immediately delicious.
