Taro rice
Overview
Taro rice is a staple food that southerners particularly wanted to eat when they were children. It is so fragrant that it is often swallowed without even tasting it.

Peel and wash the taro and set aside

Cut the washed taro into hob pieces and set aside

Wash the rice, add water and set aside

Cut the pork into slices and set aside

Take out half a tael of shrimp skin and set aside

Chop onion, ginger and garlic and set aside

Heat the oil in the pot, add the meat slices and fry until the oil is released.

Add onions, ginger and garlic and sauté

Add the chopped taro and stir-fry until the skin changes color and serve.

Pour the fried taro on top of the rice in the rice cooker, and then add the shrimp skin.

Cover the pot and cook

Bring to a boil and add chicken essence. The taro rice will smell very fragrant.
