Ingredients
Steps
-
Preparation: duck meat.
-
Rinse with hot water and clean.
-
Preparation: ginger, garlic, shallots.
-
Soak and wash the five-finger peach in advance.
-
Heat oil in a pan and lightly fry the duck meat.
-
Saute ginger, garlic and shallot until fragrant.
-
Add the five-finger peach and stir-fry slightly.
-
Then add bay leaves, cinnamon, and grass fruits.
-
Then add braised soy sauce and rock sugar.
-
Finally add appropriate amount of boiling water.
-
The fire comes to a boil.
-
Turn to low heat, cover and simmer for 40 minutes (duck cooked over low heat will not taste bad and the meat will be tender and smooth). Turn the duck over halfway.
-
When the time is up, open the lid. The color is good. There is still a bit of sauce, so you can drain it over medium heat.
-
Use a spoon to pour the sauce on the surface of the duck meat to make the duck meat more reddish in color and more delicious.
-
Let dry for a while, cut into pieces, put on a plate, pour the sauce in the pot and serve.
