Add sugar. If you only add sugar without honey, it would be five tablespoons of sugar. I added two tablespoons of sugar.

Add two tablespoons of honey, and the final taste is basically no sweetness.

Add three tablespoons of unsalted butter. In fact, you can also add other oil here. Add yeast, it is best to make a pit on the surface and put the yeast into the pit to better avoid contact with salt.

Add two eggs and 200ML warm milk. In fact, it is best to do this step at the front, because it is the first time to do it and I have no experience, and I used too many eggs and milk in this step, which caused the noodles to become thin. Later, I added a lot more noodles.

After adding all the ingredients, select 1. Standard bread and enter the dough mixing process. The time shows more than three hours. It is best to check the consistency of the dough from time to time. When the bread machine beeps, add some dried fruits. I added raisins here

Twenty minutes before opening the pot, brush a layer of egg wash. I brushed two layers here, mainly for color.

There was too much dough, so I took out a piece and made cheese bread. I baked it directly with baking frost at 200 degrees for fifteen minutes. Then I put cheese on it, brushed it with egg wash, and baked it for another ten minutes. This method is also great, it has another flavor.
