Overview
Red glutinous rice is a sauce made from fermented red wine yeast. I really like that special flavor with a hint of wine. The red glutinous rice is delicious even after it is cooled, making it a good side dish.

After boiling the pork (preferably fat and lean), slice it into slices.

Cut the garlic cloves into thin slices, mix the other seasonings evenly, add them all to the bowl and mix well with the meat slices, and marinate for 10 minutes.

Pour a cup of sweet potato powder on the plate and coat the marinated meat slices evenly.

Pour a cup of oil into the pan and heat it, add the meat slices and fry until crispy on the outside. Take it out, drain off the oil, plate it and start eating.
